Exchange and/or Return Policies
1.- Exchange policy .
You must request an exchange by sending an email to info@dostierrasgoods.com , explaining the reason for the exchange and the item you wish to exchange. Once we verify availability, you will receive a response within 48 hours. Alternatively, you can contact us via WhatsApp at 55 3040 3476, Monday through Friday, from 9:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Mexico City time.
Once you receive confirmation from Dos Tierras, you must return the item(s) in the original packaging in which they were delivered by the logistics operator. A Dos Tierras representative will send you the shipping guide, which you must attach to the package and give to the logistics operator. The cost will be borne by Dos Tierras.
Only if your purchase was made during a free shipping campaign, the buyer will be required to cover the cost of the shipping label used for the return shipment, equivalent to $260 pesos. This amount will be paid following the instructions of the Dos Tierras representative who will contact you.
Once we have received the exchange, we will verify that the items physically match the exchange slip. We will also verify that the items were received in perfect condition, complete, in their original packaging, with tags, and with no signs of use. If the order status is satisfactory, we will exchange the item or generate a coupon for a later purchase. Shipping costs associated with this new shipment will be borne by Dos Tierras.
Exchanges are not accepted for items that appear to have been worn, repaired, clearance, outlet, or purchased in another country.
We remind you that the deadline for any exchange is 15 days from the date the order is placed. Exchanges can only be made for size or items of equal or greater value. No refunds will be issued if there is a difference in your favor.
2.- Return policy
Merchandise returns and refunds of the cost paid may only be issued if the item has a manufacturing defect . In this case, the item must be returned in its original packaging, with tags attached, and without any signs of use. If the item shows signs of use, the return policy does not apply.
Exchanges are not accepted for items that appear to have been used, repaired, clearance, outlet sale, or purchased in another country.
