CONDITIONS APPLICABLE TO ORDERS
All products offered on this website are sold directly by COLECTIVO CIRCULAR UH SA DE CV. (hereinafter COLECTIVO CIRCULAR UH), with RFC CCU210701JE8 and registered office at Ejercito Nacional #49, Col Guadalupe, San Cristóbal de las Casas, Chiapas, Mexico, CP 29230. Email: info@dostierrasgoods.com.
You can only place your orders from the website.
1.1.- Purchase procedure
You can browse the website until you find the item you want. Once located, clicking on it will take you to all the detailed information the site offers. From there, you can add the item to your shopping cart.
If you're placing an order with us for the first time, you'll be asked to register by entering your email address and a password that will allow you to create and access your account.
If you are a registered user with an active account, you must enter your email address and password, and the system will recognize your information.
Once you're logged in, you can continue your purchase and finally confirm the order, making the corresponding payment.
1.2.- Coverage of the offer
The delivery area for these items is limited to Mexico. By accepting the order, you confirm that you are a customer residing in this area.
For customers residing in the United States, Canada, and the rest of the Americas, return conditions and shipping costs vary.
1.3.- Availability
All orders are subject to availability. We are not responsible for out-of-stock or unavailability of products due to inventory errors.
Please review the selection of items available for sale through the website, as not all items we offer in our stores or that may appear in catalogs, other websites, or other presentations are available for this type of sale.
If a product is unavailable once the order has been placed, the Customer will be informed as soon as possible by email or phone, and the order will be cancelled and the corresponding payment will be refunded within a maximum of seven business days.

1.4.- Contract with COLECTIVO CIRCULAR UH and acceptance of orders
The order will not be accepted by COLECTIVO CIRCULAR UH until the payment amount has been charged to your bank account. After confirming the purchase, you will receive an email acknowledging receipt. However, this does not imply acceptance of the order, as it will be subject to our subsequent verification and acceptance.
We will confirm acceptance of your order by email informing you that it has been shipped. Only then will the contract between us be formalized, and only for the items listed in the shipping confirmation.
1.5.- Confirmation and cancellation of orders
Before completing your order, you can review all the details associated with it (taxes, shipping costs, item selection, shipping address, etc.) and make any necessary corrections.
After confirmation, it will not be possible to modify or cancel the order through the website; you must contact Customer Service. In this case, the order can only be modified or canceled if the item has not yet been shipped from our warehouse.
1.6.- Currency, taxes and price
In accordance with current legislation, all purchases from our website are subject to the current value-added tax (VAT), which is 16%.
All prices are shown in Mexican pesos (MXN) and should be considered the final price payable by the customer. Shipping costs and duties (if applicable) are not included in this price.
1.7.- Payment method and security
Any order placed must be paid immediately upon confirmation. Orders will only be processed for which payment has been completed and verified.
Payment must be made by credit or debit card, PayPal, OXXO, or bank transfer. The following cards are accepted: VISA, MasterCard, and American Express.
The order amount will be charged to your card, so you must provide the number, expiration date, and CVV2 security code. If your card is secure, you will be asked for the relevant security codes.
For security reasons, if you choose PayPal as your payment method, once your order has been placed, no changes to the shipping address are permitted.
This data will not be stored or manipulated by us, but will be recorded directly in the corresponding financial institution's payment gateway. For greater security, we will use a Secure E-Commerce Authentication Service, a system established by Visa and MasterCard, through which the customer is authenticated with their issuing banks and the merchant is authenticated with their acquiring bank.
The charge will be processed in real time through this payment gateway. If the charge cannot be processed (for any reason), the order will be automatically canceled.
1.8.- Deliveries: deadlines and problems
Orders will be delivered by a logistics operator during normal business hours to the address you indicated when placing the order. If no one is at the address when the logistics operator arrives, they will leave a note and their customer service department will attempt to contact you to arrange delivery.
The standard delivery time for customers in Mexico will be approximately fourteen to twenty business days after order approval. This time may be longer during sales periods, Christmas campaigns, or in the event of customs clearance or other circumstances arising from (for information purposes only) geographical distance, weather conditions, war, strikes, any form of government intervention, non-compliance by our suppliers, etc., as well as any other circumstances attributable to the logistics operator in charge of delivering the product. We are not responsible for any delays that may arise for any of the reasons mentioned above.
Delivery times for customers outside of Mexico will depend on those granted by the logistics operator upon purchase approval.
Customs duties will be borne by the customer in the United States, Canada, and the rest of the world.
If the order packaging is damaged upon delivery, you must open the package in the presence of the logistics operator to verify the condition of the items. If any damage is observed, you must detail it on the delivery note and contact the Customer Service Department. We will repair or replace, free of charge, any items that have been damaged or lost during shipping, provided you notify us of the incident within 48 hours. Please note that orders will be weighed for delivery before shipping.
Once your order has been delivered, it becomes your property, and you are responsible for any damage that may occur.
1.9.- Product warranty and information
The products featured on our website are a selection from our collections. We have taken great care to accurately display the colors and features of our products. Of course, each monitor's calibration varies, and we cannot guarantee that your monitor will display colors accurately.
We strive to provide our customers with the highest level of accuracy and reliability in the information provided on the website (names, product characteristics, photographs, etc.), but we are not responsible for any errors that may occur. All graphic material and descriptions are provided for informational purposes only. Therefore, we may correct errors or omissions on the website without incurring any liability.

3.- BILLING
If you need an invoice for your purchase, you can request it in the Invoices section located at the bottom of our website. You should receive a response within 5 business days from the date of your request.
